I just ordered and bought the premier membership. it gave me the loyalty points but not the cosmetics or pet. when trying to apply them ingame i see text that says "this item is unlocked via premier membership" and its in red.. I had a bond from a few days ago, does the bond have to run out first?

You need to 'claim' the cosmetics/pet from the Marketplace interface thingie.

ok i claimed them. i got the demon hunter outfit but not the stalker pet.

It should be somewhere in your pet interface, as it isn't actually a physical pet as such.
