Heya.

I haven't played much the past few years, however I have maintained my subscription. Looking to try out necromancy of course, and so am looking to dip back in for a short while.

£8.99 leaves my account each month. I checked my account messages for this character, and for the past few months I have a matching message confirming receipt of my payment.

The account messages are a couple days before the money appears to leave my account, but they are consistent with their time gap.

However, my account doesn't currently have an active membership, and so I cannot access member worlds etc.

Both the game client and website claim that I have no active membership, however I am confused as to how as I never cancel it, my last game login was 120 days ago when I definitely did have membership, and every month since then I have had a payment leave my account still, as well as the account messages confirming receipt.

Anything like this been happening lately? Couldn't find anything related...

The 9N account doesn't look like it has had membership since 2021.

Is the message about the payment showing in the 'Messages' tab on the 9N account?
If not, check the payment confirmation email from Jagex as it will be addressed to the display name of the account the membership is being paid for.

If you find the membership is being paid for another account, you can message Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page and get the membership transferred.

Hey, you might be right - I last logged in in 2021, but the 120 days was when I must have migrated to the new jagex launcher / account system thing but never logged in.

I am still paying however, and am still getting account messages stating payment received, but no membership applied to account...

The message about the payment is on the messages tab on the 9n account, yes. I don't have any other characters hooked up to my overall account.

I don't have any payment confirmation emails to any of my email addresses that I can find. I'm pretty certain its not being paid for a different account.

Check what you are paying for via the Active subscriptions support page.
Use the instructions under 'Unable to access account' .
Enter your card information and you will be shown the display name of the account being paid for and the type of membership.

If you find the account being paid for and want to transfer the membership, go to the Transfer purchase support page.
If you haven't been able to find the account being paid for, contact Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Unknown charge support page.

Either way you will get Billing Support to check the payment and they will be able to assist you.
