The page for settling an unpaid balance bizarrely refers to some sort of basket to make a payment yet does not link to one, and I've scoured the oldschool and main websites looking for some basket and cannot find it. Extremely poor design not to link directly to it in the article. Could someone point me in the right direction?
Also don't tell me to have the bank reverse the chargeback to avoid fees, I already contacted them and there is no chargeback. They made the payment, it went through, and they were done with it. Just tell me where this dang basket is
