I redeemed an in-game purchased bond for a 14 days of membership, but no membership has been added to my account. The bond was consumed so I know it went through, and I'm sure I didn't accidentally choose a different reward.
What are my options here, besides sucking it up and shelling out another 20m? I can't find any way to contact Jagex support to try and fix it.
To check how much membership your account currently has, log into account management and look at what it says under "Membership" (on the right hand side of the page).
To message Billing Support and ask them to check, go to the
Refunds
support page and use the 'Contact Us' button.
While the topic 'Refunds' isn't your topic, the contact button will still get your message through to the people who need to see it.
p.s. have you tried logging out and closing down then re-opening the client and logging back in. Your account might not have updated fully if you hadn't logged out.
