#4389792# REQUEST NOT SOLVED... I TALK WITH BANK NO FAILS ON BANK ... JUST PURCHASED 3 BONDS ... ON 30 TH MAY .. ALMOST 1 MONTH PASSED .. NO REPLY NO RESOLVE FROM THIS ISSUE .. WANT A GIFT FOR A WAITING TIME ... JUST WANT MY 3 BONDS BACK OR CASH ... AND FOR A GIFT FROM KIND JAGEX :P

If the money has left your account a month ago but you can't find your Bonds:
* check your currency pouch in RS3
* check any other accounts you own
* check the purchase confirmation email as it will tell you the display name of the account the purchase went to.

Finally, work through the troubleshooting on the Find my Bond support page.
There is a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of that page if you need to message Billing Support for help.

I know you are currently playing OSRS and are inactive in RS3 but you still need to log into RS3 to check, in case the Bonds went there instead.

Please work through the instructions I posted.
If you need to, message Jagex Billing Support and get them to check your account.

Check the confirmation email you received from Jagex when you purchased.
It will be addressed to the display name of the account the Bonds went to.
Do you recognise the name? Is it one of your other accounts?

You must message Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Find my Bond page.
This cannot be resolved through the forums.
