Brought bonds didn't get them

Hey guys, I just bought a pack of 5 bonds and a pack of 3 bonds but only got my pack of 3. I have the receipt sent to my email but I don't know what happened, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at your RS3 character or OSRS character to see if the other package was accidentally bought for the wrong game, in which case head on to https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/207126289-Find-my-Bond#mistake-with-purchase

The game version that the package was bought for may also be written on your receipt or game account message centre Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Tried all of that never worked my bonds simply never showed up in my pouch. I even have the receipts for both purchases, no it's not on rs3

Did you buy directly through the website here?
Did you receive a confirmation email for both purchases?
Have you checked the 'Messages' tab in account management to see if you have confirmation messages in there?

If you only have one confirmation email it means the other purchase failed.
If the purchase failed, you will be refunded.
