So i cannot login through the homepage anymore now that i have my account linked through steam?
i purchased the gold pack on an empty account on my email adress?
how is this possible while you cannot have more then 1 account/email adres..
i would like this fixed ASAP, as i need those bank spaces.
already filed a ticket, but this is just a stupid error and you need to fix this..
edit: the purchase went to an account that did not even exist?
like how is this even possible..

Linking an account to Steam does not prevent you from being able to login to it through the website.

If you found you purchased Premier Club on
"an empty account on my email address"
it means that isn't your account login and you were on the wrong account, maybe even accidentally created a new account with that login.

How did you used to login to the account before Steam?
Did you used to use another shortcut login method e.g. via your Google account or Facebook?

initially my account was registered to a different email at first, but i changed it to the current email like 2-3 years ago now, but somehow i was able to login under my current email with the current password thats tied to this account. to an account that does not even have a username, wich is verry confusing.
but also an error at my end iguess.

i used to normally loging with the old email, but due to the steam change i never have to do this anymore & was doing this now due to the premium member package to get it,
but it is just weird that it allowed me to Login with my current email adress & password (did not make a new account). i just hope the support ticket will help me further out.

Logins are permanent - they never change from the day the account is created.

Changing the email just changes the registered email (contact email), it will not change the login email.

You created a new account by accident.

As long as you started on the Bought membership on the wrong account support page, you started in the right place.
