wheres my membership? Thread is locked

Hello, Ive transferred a bond from my alt to another and i have redeemed the membership, consuming the bond but the account that consumed the bond did not receive the membership. The bond is nowhere to be found and i dont have the member status. What do I do? Thank you.

Did you redeem directly for membership or did you redeem for a 14 day membership passcode?
If you redeemed for the passcode, you have to go into the 'Messages' tab, and get the passcode to redeem it.
Information about membership passcodes: Redeem a Bond for a Membership Passcode

The advantage of a 14 day membership passcode is you don't have to transfer the Bond if you want to put the membership on another account. You can redeem the Bond for the passcode on the account you bought the Bond on then sign in to the other account and use the passcode to get membership.
