Trouble trying to buy bond

Hello, i'm trying to buy a bond from the jagex shop and when i put one in my cart and click on the button continue to pay it goes to the screen with the text "we're getting your order ready" and it just stays on that screen forever. I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, desktop and mobile, clearing cache and cookies but nothing works.

Maybe try to disable adblock / popup block?

When the "we're getting your order ready" message glitches the way you describe, it means your purchase isn't processing for one of a number of reasons.
The only thing you can do is try again another day as Jagex isn't going to sell you a Bond today.
If you try on other days and still the get same error message, try a different purchase method.
