Hello there,
I have a membership subscription for an OSRS account with this username (DevilTimaeus), and I have just obtained my old account that is on RS3 that I have had for 10 years named 1 XP Short that is a non-member. Is it possible to merge the membership to go on both accounts or do I have to pay for 2 subscriptions?

Unfortunately you would have to pay for two subscriptions if you want membership on both accounts.
Memberships cannot be shared between two accounts even if only OSRS is used on one and only RS3 used on the other.
And accounts cannot be split apart and merged into other accounts.
Each login gives you access to both game versions so you could have two RS3 games and two OSRS games going on the two accounts.
Then if I have an account for each game under the same LOG_IN Info can I apply a single subscription for both of these games? My Main is RS3 and I started another on OSRS and same Sign in/ all of it is in the same account.
The answer to your question used to be Yes, however the introduction of 'Jagex Accounts' makes the answer more complicated.
If you
have not
yet migrated your accounts into the new Jagex Accounts and you use the same login to access both RS3 and OSRS, one membership will serve the account and both games.
If you
have
migrated your accounts into Jagex Accounts and have set a new login, you might have multiple characters (up to 10) added under that one login. In that case, each character would require its own membership though you could access both RS3 and OSRS from each character.
Under the new Jagex Accounts system, all membership purchases are made at the character level.
