I signed up for the year long subscription, Part of it was getting extra bank space which when I open my bank shows no extra space added. Can a mod look into this please? thanks

Did you buy the standard 12 month membership or the Premier Club membership? Only the Premier Club offers you the additional bank spaces.

If you bought the regular membership package, you can contact Jagex to switch to Premier Club. The instructions are in the "transfers" section of the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! article in the Support Centre

I would like to add that you should try Solomon's Store as there are four Bank Boosters that can be redeemed for free and ten Bank Boosters that can be purchased.

The Bank Boosters gained through Solomon's Store are permanent boosters while the Premier Club extra 100 spaces last only while you maintain Premier Club membership and are removed if Premier Club ends.

If your figure says 1470 on the right, it means you DO have the Premier Club +100 spaces.
If your account was not in Premier Club the right hand figure would be 1370.

It looks to me like your account has never bought any of the ten Bank Boosters from Solomon's Store.
Those ten Bank Boosters add 500 spaces total to your bank but they aren't free.
