Click on 'My Account' at the top of this page then look under the 'Membership' heading on the right hand side.
If you don't currently have a recurring subscription, you will see a date there that your membership finishes.
If you do currently have a recurring subscription, click on 'Manage Your Subscriptions' , then click on 'View by Account' .
The next screen will tell you exactly what sort of membership you have running.

Premier Membership is a twelve month recurring membership subscription. It isn't quite the same as the old Premier Club Gold membership.
The old Premier Club Gold needed to be bought each year as it wasn't recurring.
Jagex stopped offering Premier Club Gold/Silver/Bronze memberships early last year.
