Hello forum peoples!

I've recently upgraded to a Jagex Account and found that I am unable to give my characters membership via Amazon instant access which had been my primary way of getting membership.

Was wondering if there is a work around for this or if this is something that will get fixed eventually.

This is just a guess but....have you tried unlinking your RuneScape account that used to get the membership then setting up the link again?

Because you have upgraded the RuneScape account into a Jagex Account, this might have upset the link.
