OSRS membership doesn't work

Hello,

I just bought a 3 months membership for my OSRS account but when I want to login into a member world it says: ''You need a member account to log in to this world. please subscribe, or use a different world.''
I bought It like 30 minutes ago, is it possible that it isnt activated yet? The money has been debited from my bank and I've also made a screenshot of the Reference #. I am sure that I used the right account to activate the membership to.

Please help me.

Can you see a confirmation message about your payment in the 'Messages' tab in account management here on the website?
Until the confirmation message appears, Jagex have not yet received your money even though it may have left your bank account.

Hello Malua,

I found something interesting. When I login to this website with my email adress instead of my username I acces the account called: [#GPSTD0A8I]'s Profile. Maybe this is where the membership went to? It's almost been a day now and it's getting quite frustrating.

Hope you, or someone else, can help me out.

I've made a screenshot where it actually said that my Membership was activated. It said: Member until 13-Dec-2018 10:51. It also said ''No Displayname set'' in the upper left. Strange right?

ah I found what I did wrong. This is the account the membership is activated on. How can it be transferred to the right account?

Any one fix this??
Last month I bought a moths membership it never activated after 2 days cancelled it and bought a bond worked straight away
Same thing again this month bought a 1 month membership had email to confirm but still can log in as a member

Yes the OP's issue was discovered.
OP had bought membership for the wrong account.

Your issue:
Check the email you received with the confirmation of the payment.
It will be addressed to the display name of the account you were logged in to when you made the payment.
Is this the same display name of the account you want membership on?
