Hi,

May seem like a silly question- but just wondering something about the new Jagex account system. Will all characters linked with my new Jagex account now have a shared membership plan- or am I to assume that I will need to continue to purchase membership for each character should I want membership on them?

Understand the point of the Jagex launcher is to modernise the security of the game, but alot of modern MMOs also allow us to have multiple characters under one subscription charge. Is this going to be the case going forward after the Jagex account rollout?

Nevermind.

Upon further research, I am of the understanding that membership is "at a character level" as Jagex so diplomatically put it. Sad that this feature will not be coming to RuneScape and Jagex will continue to gauge us of membership money for those who want multiple accounts.

I regret ever linking my accounts, I assumed this was going to be a feature, almost every other MMO lets you do this, I can't believe the absolute greed coming from this. 0/10 Jagex. "At a player level" More like "pump your money into membership" Now things are complicated and it's easier to mess up on purchases.

Agreed.

They seem to modernise the MTX and subscription services quite reliably, but not much else and then wonder why they get very little new account sign ups.

Anyway, this wasn't intended to be a rant post so please lock / delete this, as I don't know how.

Everything on one account? EVERYTHING BUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. I can't even go back, I can't even use my old log in. I hate this i hate this i hate this I HATE THIS. The one reason to even do this crap and it's not even going to be an option? I hope jagex sees this
