Had something very similar happen, though this one was out of the blue. After completing a daily Treasure Hunter, a window suddenly popped up prompting me to use a bond for the 15 extra keys option, then proceeded to redeem it before I could fully process what was happening.
I am not seeing an option to contact anyone at the Billing link provided above, and the options on the tree state most aggravatingly that refunds are not offered for redeemed items. Is there another option for getting ahold of someone on this issue?
