Can't buy membership

I've recently tried to purchase membership for my account via Paypal and have gotten the message "The payment has been refused. Please check your payment details and try again, or select another payment method." I've checked the details and they're correct, I use Paypal all the time, so what should I do here?

Edit: I've tried on 2 browsers now, so that isn't the issue either. Have never had this problem with anything else I've used Paypal for in my life, so I just don't understand.

Edit 2: After trying about 10 times (with no changes to my method whatsoever), it has suddenly decided to work now. I'm baffled, but... I guess I can be a member now. Don't know what changed.

It usually takes up to 24 hours for the payment to process, as per the Unsuccessful payment Support page. I'm glad that it worked for you, though. Enjoy !
