Hello Jagex Support,

I purchased membership for my account " FLAT EARTH" (all lowercase),
unfortunately my account is still free to play.

I can sign into OSRS with the old email which is its log in username, I do not use "Flat Earth" to log in.

Seeing as I've spent $80 on this package I would like to get some assistance with this issue.

I only have 2 accounts under my Jagex account email.

I have submitted a ticket via email also.

Check the confirmation of purchase email you received from Jagex.
It will be addressed to the display name of the account you bought the membership for.
Check that the display name is correct for the account you wanted the membership on.
If the display name is not correct, it means you accidentally bought membership for another account. This can be fixed by messaging Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page.

If you bought the membership through a mobile app (Google, Apple etc.), please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the account to be updated with the membership.
