Hi I have bought 35 treasure keys and they have not been activated charged have gone out my account and in playstore history

It can take up to 24 hours for a mobile based purchase to process and arrive in your account.

Work through the points on the Mobile payment issues support page.
However I recommend waiting out the full 24 hours before contacting your payment provider.
