I'm a fairly new player just created my account 48 hours ago. I purchased membership, and like 4 packs of 75 TH keys. Now they're no longer available to be purchased. I'm getting the "You are not eligible for anything in this category" so are the runecoins. I have a feeling its because my account is so new. However I emailed them 24 hours ago about this issue and I had hope that they would have replied when I woke up today. After coming here and reading Sir Spheal's post below I honestly am going just contact my bank and refund as well.

Its ridiculous that people can't buy their products. Whats even more crazy is that they have little to no customer service or if they do they don't have any priority system. I know if I owned a company and people were trying to BUY my services/products that would 100% be a high priority.

Jagex apply purchase limits to accounts. This is to counter online fraud which is quite a problem for Jagex. I am guessing your account has hit its purchase limit, particularly as it is a new account.

Jagex will refund purchases that have not been used. You can apply for a refund via the appropriate contact point on the Refunds support page.

If you have used the keys then Jagex will not refund. If you force a chargeback through your bank, it will freeze your RuneScape account and will restrict your future payment options, meaning Jagex won't accept that credit card anymore.

Jagex Billing Support has always aimed for a response time within 48 hours and has been able to maintain that reponse window for many years. The only time it drops off is when the website gets very busy, which it has been lately.
