Both email accounts give me popups on my phone.
I know the email is right because I got a message when I first made the ticket.
And I have been checking both accounts every day.
No messages except the first billing message I had when buying premier gold membership.

RIGHT, I am done waiting.

It has been a month of zero progress for something that should have taken a max of 48 hours to be solved.

An official complain will be issued to Jagex and The Carlyle Group for insufficient customer support.

I shall instruct my bank to take back the payment in full.

Unbelievable that it has come to this but, MY GOD, this has taken way too long.

Feel free to delete the Sir Spheal account. I don't care anymore.
