RIGHT, I am done waiting.
It has been a month of zero progress for something that should have taken a max of 48 hours to be solved.
An official complain will be issued to Jagex and The Carlyle Group for insufficient customer support.
I shall instruct my bank to take back the payment in full.
Unbelievable that it has come to this but, MY GOD, this has taken way too long.
