I am literally just absolutely desperate to get feedback concerning a payment for keys i made for the wrong account. On Jagex's help page they said that 2 days is the ETA for a response. It is almost a week and after several attempts to reach out to support, i receive absolutely zero response.
I tried twitter,
Facebook
Instagram
logged a second and third ticket.
No response.
Jagex, if anyone on your support team cares, can you please have my keys transferred to my main account. The ticket details can be found in:

Can someone please get back to me on these? I was hoping to catch a response before dbxp ended. But the customer service is not the best. Please help
