no feedback from Jagex support

I am literally just absolutely desperate to get feedback concerning a payment for keys i made for the wrong account. On Jagex's help page they said that 2 days is the ETA for a response. It is almost a week and after several attempts to reach out to support, i receive absolutely zero response.

I tried twitter,
Facebook
Instagram
logged a second and third ticket.

No response.

Jagex, if anyone on your support team cares, can you please have my keys transferred to my main account. The ticket details can be found in:

Tickets:4209863 & 4215267

Can someone please get back to me on these? I was hoping to catch a response before dbxp ended. But the customer service is not the best. Please help

You haven't waited long enough.
The two days response time is the target response time and is achieved when they can.
Over Christmas it was taking three weeks to get a reply from Billing Support.
I am not sure what the current response time is but, obviously, it is still more than one week.

Creating a second and third ticket is not a good move. It won't get your first ticket dealt with any quicker and it will just add to the delay everybody else is also experiencing.

If you really need those keys, do a fresh purchase on the correct account. You can apply for a refund of the original purchase later on, once they have been transferred.
If you bought the keys on a special price deal and don't want to re-purchase at full price, your only option is to wait.

Thanks for the insightful response. As it is my first time dealing with Jagex support for a payment matter, you can appreciate that the details they put on their website about response times are taken at face-value. So i was not in the know until you brought this to my attention.

So thank you for that. Jagex should therefore update their details to accurately reflect response turn-around times, differentiating the desired time vs the actual time in the least.

I also created a second one, because i was of the opinion that the first one did not go through because i had not received a response.

But all in all, we live and we learn and i appreciate the feedback.
