mobile app shop not working

When I go to purchase membership from the shop via the app (which I have done before without a problem) I keep getting a message on the screen saying "the shop is currently unavailable" "please try again later". Any ideas how to fix it? I have tried clearing the cache and doesn't do anything

Wait.

That's why it says "try again later".

The problem is not at your device, it's with the shop itself. There's nothing else you can do.
