Bonds are all gone

Hi there
Was your Authenticator still active?
Is your password still the same?
Have you checked your GE History to see if the Bonds were sold?
If your Authenticator is still active and your password unchanged, log into account management and check the 'Linked Accounts' tab.
If you see any accounts linked in there (including your own) unlink them. Click on 'Manage Steam' to check for a linked Steam account.
A linked account provides a back door login method that bypasses Authenticator and the account password. If the only linked account was your own, it means your linked account is insecure on its other website.
If you don't recognise the linked account, it means your computer probably has malware and the hijacker has started with access to your computer.

You haven't been active in RuneScape in several years I believe.
This year Jagex introduced 'Jagex Accounts' a much more secure account system. The old account system was running on 10-20 year old security. Jagex Accounts brings account security up into the 2020's.
It is very, VERY difficult for a hijacker to get into a Jagex Account.
