Not exactly sure if this is the right place to post this, but I recently bought one year membership and I guess it was on the wrong account, so I created a ticket to get that taken care of. It states the average response time is 48 hours, however I have been waiting for well over a week now and I am just trying to use that membership in game. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to get this resolved?

" response time. doesnt mean it always will be.

True. I think that's a huge misconception for most people who state this. Average wait time is like "probably" or "to be expected". If you wait on a queue, and the queue wait time says "20 minutes~", and then I'm waiting about 2 hours, it means that it varies and that you cannot predict human behavior.
