Missing 9th year loyalty crown

I have been a member since 2012, , although Solomon's store says I have been a member for a year and ten months, I know that is not correct and I haven't received a loyalty crown for my 9th year, or my 10th if my math is correct, which I should have received in may of this year. Am I missing something? Did they stop handing them out? I see people with them so I assume not? I don't know where to ask to resolve this issue so if I am in the wrong place I apologize.

Interesting indeed. I feel as-if your membership lapsed, you wouldn't still be considered publicly as May 2012 O_o .


On your behalf, I've requested your thread to be placed here from this thread. There's some more knowledgeable and dedicated players to these types of questions there that can probly' give you a much better answer, if a volunteer doesn't pass this off to an employee, first.

There are two different membership grace periods involved here.

The date under your Forum avatar is when your most recent continuous membership streak began. It uses the Membership grace period, which allows your membership to lapse for up to 14 days before you lose your grandfathered rates.

The Crown of Loyalty (and likely the date you saw in the store) is based on the Members Loyalty Programme, which was introduced in June of 2011. The Loyalty Programme tracks continuous membership separately and has a grace period of only 7 days in which your membership may lapse before losing your rate of earning loyalty points and your eligibility for a Crown of Loyalty.

It sounds like just under a couple of years ago, you lost membership for some reason (commonly it's a credit card that expired or changed numbers) for more than one week, but less than two. This would have restarted your Members Loyalty Programme streak but not affected your membership rate or the date shown on your forum avatar.
