My last few post have not been given answer just pass to another link that doesn't help me and tells me to write a forum or send in a ticket and I have and nothing is working can I get some kind of answer or assistance plz they need to help us out some of us are playing large amounts of money cause we enjoy this game can we plz get some help I have premier membership cause I am not allowed to buy it again and I don't have my perks or benefits I just need my benefits back or if I have to give me a link to buy it cause anytime I try to buy it I can't which I assume means I already own it since it will let me put premier gold on another acc...I want help please I been playing this game since I was a kid I enjoy this game I am much older and I never had a issue please someone get me actual help or send me a link I am putting in another ticket but I am still not getting any help. How do I claim the Unbral promo I am prime I am linked an everything I need to be an have not got it yet?

Because you referenced several previous posts, I searched your older posts and read them all. All your posts across several threads gave a better picture of the problem.

When you first posted at the end of December, it sounded like you had been unable to buy Premier Membership. You said the payment page only offered a one month membership and nothing else.

Have you been able to actually purchase Premier Membership during the past week?

If you have not purchased any membership since your post on 31st December, I suspect your account is being blocked from purchasing Premier Membership because it has plenty of excess membership sitting on it already.

How to check your membership subscription and renewal date:
Log into account management ('My Account' button at the top of this page) and look under the 'Membership' heading on the right of the next screen.

Can you see a 'Manage my subscription' button?
If you can, click it, then click on 'Manage by account' .
This will take you to a screen that shows exactly what subscription you have and when it will renew.
You need to check both the type of membership you have and date of renewal.

If you cannot see the 'Manage my subscription' button it means you definitely don't have Premier Membership currently.

Date of renewal/date of membership expiry
Check the date of renewal or the date your membership expires.
If that date is too far in the future (2024 or later) you will experience difficulty purchasing Premier Membership.

I apologise for giving you a very basic answer in the previous thread you created but I assumed you had purchased and simply couldn't work out how to access the benefits/rewards.
If the problem is that you have been unable to purchase Premier Membership, your issue is more complex and you will need to get assistance from Jagex Billing Support.
Please post a reply to tell me if I am on the right track now.

I need someone to help me contact jagex their help automated system isn't working can I please directed to a J mod that can help me or a person who can look into my issue I am gonna run out of time to get my premier back on I want my premier to be fixed an if I need to purchase it again I will but atm I am not able to buy it at all so I assume it's cause I am already a premier member and if that is the case please fix my perks I don't have any of my benefits and I am trying to get this fixed I heard other people got theirs fixed I would like mine to be fixed please. You can message Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page.
Why that particular page?
Because the players that are experiencing the same problem as you all have an issue of having excess regular membership sitting on their accounts, waiting to be used up, and this is preventing them from adding more membership, specifically a new Premier Membership subscription.

The only options you have are:
1. continue using up your regular membership until enough has been used and you can once again buy Premier.
2. message Billing Support and request they transfer some of the excess membership across to another account you own, enabling you to buy Premier straight away.

Note two things:
Premier Membership is available to buy all year round now. It's not like the old Premier Club that used to only be available for a limited time.
Billing Support is struggling to keep up with the tickets currently and there is a queue backlog.
