Membership and premier missing

I purchased premier on mobile thru Google purchase went thru but it is not applied to account. I checked email and the account it applied to but the email to that account doesn't have any membership on it either. In Google subscriptions it says to confirm subscription by opening app but even clicking that doesn't apply membership it just opens the game.

Not sure what to do.

How long is it since you purchased?
It can take up to 24 hours for the account to update after a Google purchase.
