Hello I am so confused, someone please help as im not sure what happened.

I bought the Premier club 3 Month Membership on jan12 '19, the special one advertised on december yet my subscription was said to end feb 27 '20 and it ended from then. I didn't ask about it thinking maybe it was a glitch but yet it hasn't been three months and i paid the full 30$ that the 3 month costed. Can someone please explain what happened and or a way to contact membership support of sorts as it is very right to contact them as the help forums divert you everywhere else but a contact email. Thank you for the response, help advice in advance.
