osrs bonds down right now?

I'm unable to buy OSRS bonds because it says 'payment refused'. I've tried 3 different payment methods so it's definitely Jagexs' end refusing them.

On one of my banks, the payment gets charged but then instantly refunded by Jagex. What is going on?

Work through the points on the Unsuccessful payment support page.

Otherwise, you may have hit your purchase limit for Bonds right now. If this is the problem, all you can do is wait for a few days/week until the limit is relaxed.
