I have had Premier Membership for along time, I had a blue star. Is Premier membership now the 12 month package? I no longer have the blue star. or access to the premier stuff. And no options to buy the premier (yearly) package. Could it be because I have membership till 2024?
Jagex have combined two 12 month membership products into one:
- regular 12 month membership
- Gold Premier Club
The new 12 month membership is called 'Premier Membership'. It was released last May and it combines the recurring billing of regular 12 month membership with the perks and benefits of Gold Premier Club.
However, it has been discovered that many players that have excess membership sitting on their accounts have been unable to purchase it.
The only option Jagex have been able to offer these players is to transfer some of their excess membership across to another account and reduce the amount of excess membership sitting, waiting to be used up.
If your account has paid membership into 2024, it will be affected.

Unfortunately, due to a cascade of issues over the past couple of months, messages to Billing Support are currently very backlogged. It could be the first week of January before your request is dealt with.
Im not really interested in transfering membership out somewhere else. I only have the 1 account. I guess I will wait for a fix and go without the premier benafits until then, and hope theres some sort of compensation when it gets fixed

I believe the membership can be transferred to any account you nominate.
