Hello!

So straight to the story - I've just recovered my account, I wanted to purchase membership, I accidentally purchased the 12-month membership and an OSRS Bond (for GP), turns out the hackers PayPal is linked to my account (spent $100), my question is, can they get refunded for this and their PayPal removed from my account?

As long as you didn't use the hijackers PayPal to pay for your membership, you should not have any problems.

If you did inadvertently use the hijackers PayPal, you would need to message Billing Support and get the payment reversed so you can pay with your own money.
If you need to do this, use the contact point on the Refunds support page to get to a message form.

If you are worried that the hijacker has their own payment information stored on your account, just know that they won't be able to use it anymore AS LONG AS YOU HAVE SECURED YOUR ACCOUNT to prevent them from returning.
This means:
- brand new, never used before password
- brand new, never used before password on your email
- Authenticator set up on your RuneScape account
