Players Beware - Bug Abuse On Partyhat loans - You won't get your Partyhat back

I lent out Partyhat for 10hrs it has been more than 10hrs and I never got my Partyhat back I got evidence because it's still in the loan box saying its loaned out somehow the player managed to override this so it keeps clocking another 10hrs on top of the original time?

Can you please look into this Jagex I cant report bug abuse because I logged out thinking I would get my Partyhat back within 10hrs it's been more than 12hrs and no item back still says its loaned out for another 11hrs.
