crashing during ed1 boss

Hello everyone
i'm doing the "curse of the black stone" quest and i have to defeat the elite dungeon 1. I have tried the bossfight several times now, but after ~3 Minutes the game crashes every time. The picture freezes, sound is still playing but thats it. Until i restart the Client i cant do anything, so doing the bossfight and therefore Quest is not possible. I have Intel integrated Graphics with the newest driver and tried setting the game graphics setting to lowest, but this didnt help. I looked for this Problem online and found many others with the same Problem but no fix that would apply to me.
Is there a workaround to fix this? And is there any official statement by jagex on when they will fix this?

Nope ... the computer I used to play became 'obsolete/vintage' and there's nothing we can do eventhough said computer isn't unable to play RuneScape 3 at all, many computers can still do the job with ease.

It is just a 'decision of the Industry' ... they decided that after a decade ... sometimes a bit more depending what type/class of computer ... that support is stopped all the way and Jagex decides to cut your lifeline to RuneScape, for your computer becoming 'obsolete/vintage'.

The day prior to that happening you were perfectly able to play RuneScape and the next day everything is totally impossible.

The Industry wants money and Jagex/JMods only do listen to the Industry.
