Stuckon "loading resource page

I have tried the unplugging hdmi and other monitor tricks, with no luck. I also always load my client with additional monitors set up with no problem.
I've deleted, both clients, Jagex launcher and runescape, 2 times.
I have never had this issue before, but I haven't logged on for a few days and now I can't get it to load.

Any help or tips are appreciated,

Oof I couldn't find my own post for days.
Thank you, I have tried that and currently now it says I have no folder as I have uninstalled/deleted everything before, reinstalled and am I still stuck on this screen I am not sure what to do.

Thank you. Hey TimFosho, I too had issues with installing '
Jagex Launcher
' where the first time it didn't succeed at all, although I do not remember what the error message was.
Re-install Jagex Launcher and what it does or doesn't make sure it is there on your computer. What I did in my attempts was leaving everything there and restart my computer, waiting untill it was completely done staring-up and after that checking my connection being the best connection I had. So check your cable/wifi and make sure it is a strong connection.
After doing that leave your desktop empty no other programs running and start-up Jagex Launcher ... and see what it does.

I tried it and it seemed so promising, but now It still froze on "loading application resources "
I've given up at this point. I can play on mobile. but there is no fun in bossing on mobile.
I tried emailing jagex support, but doubt that email was real or they'll get back to me.
