I found out that my Email provider has closed my Email because it was not in use.
I'm also unable to re-register with the same username because it is blocked.
I tried to change Email address to a new one but I'm unable to do so because it is sending a request to my old Email which is closed.
What can I do to change my Email address?
Since you do NOT have access to the current registered email address on the account, then you MUST commence an account recovery request to prove to Jagex that you own the account in question.
At the beginning of the account recovery request, you are asked for an email address.
This is the email address that will be set as the registered email address on the account
, as long as you successfully recover the account. It's highly recommended that you utilize a GMail account as they have proven to cause players the least amount of issues throughout the years.

Support article and click on the "RECOVER ACCOUNT" link. Follow all the steps thereafter. Assuming that you may log in using your account, head to the game and then speak to Hans at Lumbridge. He'll tell you how old your account is in days, which you may then use to calculate when it was created. This piece of information is very important during the account recovery process.
