Clan Citadel Portal Freeze

Client has been freezing everytime I use the clan citadel portal, requiring me to end task.
Portal always works after ending task and reopening.

Windows 10 64 Bit
Ryzen 5 3600
Zotac RTX 2060
16Gb DDR4 3600Mhz ram

Hi, are you able to try a different connection e.g. mobile data or a VPN? Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

Two of us in my clan have the same problem, even though we use different computers. When entering the clan portal, the screen goes black and a message says to wait, loading. It doesn't load and we have to exit and sign back into the game.

That happens when there is a connection issue between your ISP and the Citadel servers. Try power cycling your modem and router. If that doesn't help, you may need to use a VPN while the issue goes away on its own most likely in a few days.

Using the Steam Client, Wtfast or ExitLag may prevent these issues from happening.
