Hello! So I upgraded my account with jagex and I went to download the jagex but it says I’m blocked from doing so and I can’t even open the client nor the osrs website. I’ve always used runelite so it was never an issue but now it is. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've not come across this issue but if Tenebri's suggestions don't work you'd probably get a better result by moving this to the Community led account help section.
