I can't get into the game. Have tried several times. So has my mom on her separate computer. We are both on Windows 10.

Same message: "There was an error loading the game configuration from the website.
If you have a firewall, check that this program is allowed to access the internet (7,28)"

Checked the firewalls. Runescape launcher and Jagex launcher have both been checked to access the internet.

But neither one of us can get on.
