unable to update graphics drvs

I keep getting error coded due to out of date graphics drivers, but there's no new updates past 2017 on my POS lenovo touchscreen tablet of a desktop, any and all help/possible fixes would be amazing click click click click click

What model of lenovo laptop is it?

If you google and go to this page
Lenovo System Update: Update Drivers, BIOS and Applications

You can have the site detect your laptop and identify what you need to update.

its a c460 all in one type 10149 desktop, old as dirt but its runescape 3 not CS2, which actually runs. ive tried the driver update scan and the most recent update for my drivers is from 2017 click click click click click
