Jagex Launcher Installer issue

Jagex Launcher Installer isn't working. I've tried dozens of times and can't find a solution anywhere. It shows up in my dowloads, but does nothing when I click it. Also doesn't have an "uninstall" option.

Not sure what to do. Don't see an address to email support for help and their automated help is useless.

Someone please help.

You may wish to provide some information regarding what operating system you are using, so that advice applicable to your system can be provided.

For Windows, you may be able to install the launcher by right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting "Run as Administrator."
