If they do not fix it soon i believe they should compensate us for not being able to finish the quest. Or just Give those that send message to them to fix the issues since its been so long some kind of compensation because this is getting ridiculous I just want to complet the quest and be able to finish all requierments for archyology :P

This should be fixed for Mobile devices now.
Fixed a mobile client freeze that would occur during the escape part of the Desperate Measures quest.

I just encountered the same issue on Ubuntu 20.04.
Freezing at 1:47 escape scene, low resolution or cache clearing have no effect.

It is a pity that this quest cannot be finished.

It would be a good idea if Jagex would invest some time resolving this problem.

Still not fixed.


As long as this bug is not fixed, all content depending on finishing the Desperate Measures quest, will remain inaccessible.

So, please Jagex, do fix this bug.
It has been open long enough!
