missing premier cosmetic

I recently (about 2 weeks ago) found that the Samurai outfit and Owari katana premier cosmetic that i own were missing from my customizations wardrobe menu. I reported this through the games report system as a Gameplay error but i have not been contacted and the cosmetics are still missing i today tried to report this error again but this time as a missing item but the web link came back as oops the page you were looking for doesn't exist.
Also there is one other odd thing my clan cape cosmetic after selecting my clan cape and wearing it when i go to the lobby and log back in my clan cape is no longer selected as my cape cosmetic not sure if it has anything to do with my missing samurai cosmetic but i thought i would mention it.
