The game was working fine. The next day it wasn't. Nothing changed as I left my laptop on overnight, and haven't used it since the last time I've played.
I start the game, it loads, looks fine, but when I click to move nothing happens. I can see other people talking in chat. Eventually it loses connection and re-connects, but then the same thing happens. Sometimes it just freezes and I have to close it through task manager.
I've made sure all drivers are updated. I forwarded ports through router and allowed program through firewall. I have reset the modem/router, my adapter, used the /ipconfig commands in Jagex's help center.
I completely deleted runescape and all its folders I could find, restarted the laptop, and re-installed, and the issue persists.
Laptop has i5-8300H, 8gb ram, and gtx 1050. It worked perfectly fine for the last few days.
