When redeeming Steel Series voucher didn't see the login option with username for my older account (it's in the small print below and I had created a new account for Fresh Start Worlds that required an email address) so when I redeemed voucher it went on wrong account. Is there any way to resolve this problem? Can't find anything in customer service about this issue, so trying here.

You are not the only player to have this happen.
Players have successfully re-signed for the Steel Series GG Software and claimed the pet on a different account.

Try uninstalling the SteelSeries GG Software and logout of the SteelSeries website.
Then start over making sure you are logged into the correct account this time.
If your computer ip is recognised and it won't let you set up a new SteelSeries account, you might have to do the process from a different computer.
