Today, when I try to log-in using the Steam client, I get the message "Your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server." If I wait without closing the client and try logging in again, I get an endless spinner. I can't try a different server because I'm not getting to the server selection dialog.
I've used the "End active sessions" option, reset my authenticator, verified the client's integrity and checked SteamGuard to make sure there's no unknown devices using my account, but I still have this problem.
