When I open RS client, it freezes on "Loading Application Resource" no matter how many times i restart my computer or uninstall and reinstall RS. I do not use a double monitor so I am not sure what the issue is. This has happened before and will negate me from playing (besides mobile but frustrating) 6-10 weeks at a time. On-going issue, but has anyone been able to fix this without a random update working?
have you tried deleting the cache? maybe your cache is broken and it's getting stuck loading it. honestly not sure but that would be my first try, jagex cache 32 folder in app data I think. could be different with the new game client so I would google to make sure

I have read online that restarting your computer seems to be the resolution to this problem. There doesn't seem to be a clear-cut answer as to why this happens when using only a single monitor, however as suggested above I would recommend clearing the cache and reinstalling RuneScape altogether.
Thank you for the advice, I cleared my cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer. However it is still stuck on Loading Application Resources.
