Jagex says the issue is resolved but it is not for me.
When I launch the launcher, it wants me to check if I am a robot, I proceed and then it says log in with your email. My account is old so I log in with a user name.
On the bottom part of the screen, it says "Hage a runescape account? Youll need to make changes - find out more" I click on that and says "Its time to move a jagex account" I click continue and it says to enter a email and DOB. Why do I need to do this? Mobile is working fine.
On top of this screen, it says "already signed up, click here". I do this and it wants me to enter my email and password when my email is not linked.
Am I missing anything here?
