I cant login on mobile, using the exact same login as I do on PC. Ive been looking all over for answers but there doesnt seem a way to contact runescape about this.
If I say i forgot my password on my mobile and type in my email adress to login it says enter a valid emailadress/name. Ive also tried to login using my ingame name and this still doesnt work. Ive tried to reinstall the app (using Iphone btw) and most other suggested things.
Ive also copied and sent my exact things i use to login using my pc to my phone and paste them and it still says wrong credentials. If anyone knew an answer or can get me in touch with someone who can that would be awesome.
